Content lacked taxonomy necessary for iPad app redesign and branch deployment.
OptionsHouse tech integration was (very) complicated.

Led content and product audit, prioritized multi-tab experience.
Collaborated with OptionsHouse to merge systems, combine customer profiles, and unify product offerings.

📈Result

Overall increase in eTrade iPad app downloads, account opens, and higher average account funding.

BRIEF
OptionsHouse features included advanced charting, analytics, and a more robust trading interface. We wanted to showcase it in the iPad app but also offer experiential marketing. This coincided with the opening of the E*TRADE flagship branch in Midtown NYC.
